Antivirus 2.0 or PAV provides ultimate protection for your computer against
viruses and worms executed directly in the memory of your PC. The main advantage of
this Anti Virus in comparison with other antivirus programs is its ability to warn the user about possible infection with a new virus which is not
described in databases yet including VBS script, Java script, and
mIRC script. In case the suspicious code is found in script body, a user will be informed with warning message and the script
execution will be terminated.
Main Features:
Virus/Worm Monitor
The monitor is a memory resident program that monitors files when these are accessed. Whenever somebody refers to an object, the monitor checks the object to make sure that it is free of viruses. If the object is found to be infected, the program will attempt to disinfect the object, delete it, move it to a quarantine folder or allow it to be accessed, depending on the options that were selected. This way the anti-virus monitor allows you to detect and delete viruses before the system is actually infected
Virus/Worm Scanner
Boot sector scanner, RAM scanner, scan disk files (including
PKLITE, LZEXE, DIET, COM2EXE and other compression utilities),
scan archieved files (including ZIP, ARJ, LHA, RAR and etc), and
Mail System scanner.
 PAV 2.0 has been removed from the server because of
serious bugs. I have to upgrade the software to improved the quality of
the software. As alternative I replaced the software with the
following free antivirus tools. These applications are valueable
because of their size, making them easily downloadable even with a
slow Internet connection. They can also be readily transferred by
e-mail to clients, friends or partners. Great Help!
